The Major Arcana you will see below are our way of celebrating this journey. They are our “masks of legend”—the Dreamer, the Architect, the Forger—but don’t be fooled by the grand titles. At the end of the day, we are just a group of hobby enthusiasts trying to live up to the community that supports us.

The Architect of our visions and the guardian of Last Sword’s identity. He watches over the community’s aspirations and serves as the final barrier that all work in the forge must overcome. Often the scourge of brushes and chisels, his mission is to ensure that excellence is never compromised. For a dream to be worthy of reaching a customer’s table, it must first survive his relentless judgment
Isaac - The Architect of reality

The bridge between the forge and the world. As co-founder, Isaac is the silent pillar who ensures that no dream remains trapped in the ether. He is the master of the gears: from the digital systems of the web to the distribution of the sacred archives and the complex journey of every shipment. He is the weaver of paths and the sovereign of order; without his hand, the finest visions of the forge would never find their way to your doorstep

Mario - The Greysculptor
Lead Sculptor
The hands that translate vision into tangible reality. As Lead Sculptor, Mario is the master craftsman who, alongside Oscar, defined the anatomical foundations and the unique style of our Human and Elven lines. Every curve, every muscle, and the scenic presence of our miniatures are born from his mastery over digital matter. He is the silent architect upon whose work entire armies are built
Stephan - The beastshaper
Senior Sculptor
The tamer of the untamed and the sculptor of the primordial. Stephan is the soul behind the creatures that inhabit our worlds; from the smallest beast to the most imposing griffin, his hands breathe life into the monstrous. As the guardian of the wild side of the Forge, he is responsible for reminding us that every dream has its claws, its wings, and its own fury. His creations are the roar of our imagination turned into resin.
Jason - THE EXEMPLAR
Senior Sculptor
The third pillar of our craft and the living testament to the Forge’s legacy. Jason is the first master to be born and bred within the walls of Last Sword, carrying our methods and philosophy as his standard. It was through his hands and relentless discipline that our Patreon reached its full maturity and production power. Today, he stands as the finest representative of our vision—an artisan who has mastered ‘our way’ and turned it into his own path of excellence
Maria – THE VANGUARD
Senior Sculptor
The maturity of one who has already commanded armies, coupled with the ambition of one seeking perfection. Although she is the youngest of the group, Maria joins the Forge after leading teams in other workshops, bringing production experience vital to our growth. As a Senior Sculptor in charge of the ‘Adventurer’ tier, she is the spearhead of our historical line. Her mission: to merge her industry experience with the professional standard of excellence that defines Last Sword, proving that talent knows no age when true craftsmanship is in one’s hands.
Aliona - THE SCHOLAR
Junior Sculptor
Living proof that passion is the greatest teacher. With no formal artistic training, Aliona has forged her path in the Forge through intuition and an unbreakable will. What began as vital support for Stephan has evolved into a mastery of her own, now commanding the chisel in her own right. With an innate preference for the rigors of historical sculpture, she is the one who studies the secrets of the past to ensure every detail of our miniatures tells a true story
Aniol - THE ANATOMIST
Junior Sculptor
The promise of a perfection already on the horizon. Aniol joins the Forge as a rising power, the ally who will push the ‘Adventurer’ tier toward new horizons of realism. Possessing an innate understanding of anatomy, his current work is the prologue to absolute mastery. While his hands are still being polished in the heat of production, his technical vision is the seed of what will soon become legendary sculptures. He is the future of our lineage, growing with every strike of the chisel.

The word that unites and the knowledge that endures. Anatoli is the voice of the Forge to the world, the bridge between our workshops and the community that sustains us. A lifelong friend and a scholar of a thousand subjects, his mind is a library of history and lore that nourishes every one of our projects. Though he fights his own battles in the silence of the real world, his unwavering loyalty and wisdom make him the guardian of our identity. He reminds us that, in this brotherhood, no one walks alone.
Alberto - The Dye-Master
Lead Painter
The brush that dictates the fate of color. Alberto is the master of light within the Forge, responsible for ensuring every miniature awakens from its grey slumber to burst into life. As Lead Painter, his keen eye ensures that every hue and shadow follows Last Sword’s master lines, harmonizing the talent of other artists under a single aesthetic vision. He is the one who provides the final signature to our works, turning every figure into a window into our universe.

Web Architect & Security Guardian
The invisible wall that protects our legacy. Guillermo does not forge with metal, but with code and will. As a master of the arts of digital defense, he has built the Nexus upon which Last Sword stands, providing us with a technical strength that only the great houses could dream of. A friend since childhood and today the guardian of our frontier, he is the silent pillar ensuring our work reaches every corner of the world safely. His ingenuity is our shield.
