Like lightning igniting the dry underbrush hidden in the heart of the forest, this phenomenon, which gradually takes the form of a devastating fire, is only visible to those who pay enough attention. Similarly, the heart of the Bloodmoon Tribe gradually ignites, fueled by resentment and hatred towards men and their works, towards any form of civilization that reminds them how different they are and how far they are from what may once have been their nature. In opportune moments, when flammable material is abundant, this devouring fire makes its way out of the forest, consuming logging camps, pastures, orchards, and isolated houses, and finally daring to assault larger populations. It is then that the fury of the Beast Men is unleashed, falling like burning sparks on the unfortunate inhabitants of these places, who are enslaved or killed indiscriminately. Thus, devouring, destroying, and killing everything in their path, their destructive and murderous urges seem, at last, to be calmed, leaving as a terrifying reminder the trail of their misdeeds and the corpses of the more fortunate.
