STL FILES AND 3D MODEL USAGE AGREEMENT – LAST SWORD MINIATURES
This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which the license for Last Sword Miniatures STL files and 3D models is granted.
By purchasing, downloading, or using STL files from Last Sword Miniatures, you fully accept the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree with any of the terms, do not purchase, download, or use the STL files in any way.
1. LICENSE OF USE
LAST SWORD MINIATURES grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to 3D print the STL files under the following conditions:
1.1) Personal Use
- You are allowed to 3D print the models contained in the STL files as many times as you like, exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.
1.2) Commercial Exploitation Prohibited
- You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the STL files or any 3D-printed models derived from them, whether in whole or in part.
- You may not manufacture or mass-produce miniatures based on these STL files, whether using 3D printing or traditional production methods.
1.3) Modifications and Derivative Works
- You may resize, duplicate, or create derivative works of the 3D models contained in the STL files, provided that such modifications are strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
- You may NOT distribute, sell, or share modified STL files or their derivatives.
1.4) Distribution Restrictions
- You may not copy, distribute, share, publish, resell, or transmit the STL files in any form, whether free or for profit.
- You may not share physical 3D prints with third parties if they could be used for commercial purposes.
1.5) Copyright Protection
- STL files are protected by intellectual property rights and belong exclusively to LAST SWORD MINIATURES.
- LAST SWORD MINIATURES reserves the right to take legal action against any infringement of these terms.
2. LIABILITY
2.1) User Responsibility
LAST SWORD MINIATURES shall not be held liable for any damage, malfunctions, or failures that may occur to devices, 3D printers, or materials as a result of using the STL files.
2.2) No Technical Support
LAST SWORD MINIATURES is not obligated to provide technical support, assistance, or advice regarding the use of STL files or the printing of 3D models.
2.3) License Modifications
LAST SWORD MINIATURES reserves the right to modify the terms of this license at any time without prior notice to ensure compliance with current regulations and the protection of its intellectual property.
3. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
3.1) Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of Spain, including the Intellectual Property Law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996) and the relevant provisions of the Criminal Code regarding intellectual property and fraud.
3.2) Jurisdiction
For any disputes arising from this agreement, both parties expressly waive any other applicable jurisdiction and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Móstoles (Spain).
4. BREACH OF TERMS AND PENALTIES
4.1) Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with this license may result in:
- Immediate termination of the license without refund.
- Legal action (civil and criminal) for copyright infringement.
- Financial claims for damages caused to LAST SWORD MINIATURES.
4.2) Protection Measures
LAST SWORD MINIATURES may use technological and legal measures to detect, track, and prevent unauthorized distribution of its STL files and 3D models.
