SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most of our physical products are manufactured on demand, therefore preparation times may vary depending on current workload.

Delivery times also depend on destination country and shipping method.

  • Shipments by postal service may have variable delivery times depending on destination.

  • Shipments by courier service may be faster but can be affected by customs procedures.

  • Orders within Spain usually do not exceed 7 working days once dispatched, provided the product is in stock or already produced.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping address changes

The shipping address can only be modified if the order has not yet been dispatched.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are not included in product prices.
They are calculated based on weight and destination and are shown during checkout before payment.


Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

What happens if I am not at home?

The carrier will attempt delivery and leave instructions to arrange a new delivery or collection.

If a shipment is returned due to non-collection or incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs must be paid by the customer.



RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Products manufactured on demand and digital products

Most of our products are:

  • Manufactured on demand, or

  • Digital products (STL files)

In accordance with European consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Digital content once the download has begun.

Therefore, these products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind.


Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a product in poor condition, damaged, or incorrect, contact:

Please include a description of the issue and, if possible, images.

We will replace or resend the affected items at no cost to you.


Exceptional cases – Standard physical products

If a physical product that is not manufactured on demand is sold, customers in the European Union may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

In these cases:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with original labels.


Refunds

Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds correspond only to the amount paid for the returned product.
