These Terms govern participation in the Oathsword Covenant program operated by LastSword Miniatures (“LastSword”, “we”, “us”).
By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Participant”, “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Program Purpose
The Oathsword Covenant is a collaboration and affiliate program aimed at content creators, communities, clubs, and organizers.
Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or franchise relationship
2. Application and Approval
Participation is subject to approval by LastSword.
LastSword may accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.
3. General Operation
Participants may promote LastSword using approved methods only.
Misleading, deceptive, spam, or unlawful practices are strictly prohibited.
4. Rewards
The Program may include:
Sales commissions
Store credit
Community discounts
Promotional materials
Rates, thresholds, and structures may vary and may be modified.
No earnings are guaranteed.
5. Cookies and Tracking
LastSword uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Program, including referral tracking, sales attribution, and reward calculation.
Consent and cookie configuration are managed through the website’s active consent management system in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards or payments received.
7. Program Modifications
LastSword may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time.
LastSword may revoke participation for breach, misconduct, or reputational risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
LastSword shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or results derived from participation.
10. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with LastSword’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Spain.
12. Attribution, returns & fraud
Rewards/commissions are earned only on valid transactions correctly attributed by the tracking system. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate orders, or orders made in breach of these Terms do not qualify for rewards. LastSword may withhold or adjust rewards where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse.
13. Brand usage & promotional materials
LastSword may provide logos and promotional assets. You may use them solely to promote LastSword in a truthful, non-misleading way. You may not claim to be an employee, agent, or official representative of LastSword, register confusing domains/profiles, or alter logos in a way that misrepresents the brand.
