Creating a user account is mandatory in order to place orders.
Guest checkout is not available.

Miniatures and printed products, generally manufactured on demand.
5.2 Digital Products (STL Files)
Downloadable files for personal use only, subject to the STL License published on the website.
5.3 Customized Products
Products manufactured according to customer specifications.
6. Prices & Taxes
Prices are displayed including applicable taxes.
VAT is applied according to Spanish regulations and the EU OSS system.
Exports outside the EU may be VAT-exempt.
Sales to companies with a valid VAT ID may be VAT-exempt.

8. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Spain.
Common carriers: NACEX, Celeritas, DHL, Deutsche Post.

9. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
9.1 Physical Products
Customers have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt, except for:

Returns for such products may be accepted on a case-by-case basis but are not legally required.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
9.2 Digital Products (STL Files)
Once a digital file has been downloaded, the right of withdrawal is lost.
No refunds are provided for downloaded digital files.

Physical products are covered by the legal warranty in accordance with applicable law.
